How to request account deletion
To initiate the deletion process for your account, please complete the steps below:
- Send an email to our support address: veez.app.live@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
- In the body of the email, include the email address and nickname associated with your VeeZ account.
- Make sure you send the email from the same address that is registered to your account. This confirms that you are the owner of the account.
What will be deleted?
- Your profile details (avatar, nickname, personal information).
- All of your content (posts, photos, videos).
- Your comments and likes.
- Your private messages and chat history.
- Your list of friends, subscriptions, and memberships in clubs where you are the founder.
What happens after you submit a request?
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days. You may receive a follow-up email for final confirmation. After the deletion process is complete, all of your data will be erased from our active databases.
